The Joy of Sheff opened for one day in May 2013 and was the first large-scale exhibition by Pete McKee, drawing in 3,000 visitors. Displayed in Sheffield’s Blue Shed building were a collection of paintings, sculpture, film, ceramics and art installations, all celebrating the past and present of the artist’s home town.
