A one-off party event at Sheffield's iconic Leadmill inspired by Pete's latest art exhibition 'The Boy With a Leg Named Brian'.
“As part of my current exhibition at Weston Park Museum, I wanted to create a club night that celebrated the glorious period in history when a multitude of subcultures rubbed shoulders with each other.” – Pete McKee
For one iconic Bank Holiday Sunday, Pete will be turning back the clocks to the glory days with four hours of chart-topping hits, cult classics and no-frills throwbacks. This night will celebrate the memories forged in the youth clubs of the 70s and 80s, where no problem couldn’t be solved by a stint next to the turntable.
Pete will be spinning choice cuts from his extensive vinyl collection on the night, alongside Leadmill veteran DJ Adam Morley – you won't be able to bring yourself away from the dance floor.
Expect an exclusive games room featuring retro arcade machines and an exciting collaboration with, Sheffield staple, Granelli's Sweets who are providing a tuck shop for the evening.
For this extra special evening, we’d suggest digging out your finest threads and come dressed as your subculture of choice.
Tickets are available on 4th April at 10am from the Leadmill
